    • Chalet Ammonite is in a great position situated on a very peaceful track and is a short 5 minute walk to the slopes. It is very close to the bars and restaurants of La Plagne 1800 and the free shuttle bus stop that takes you up to La Plagne Centre. The chalet boasts 8 en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 15 people and an outside hot tub.

    • Bedroom 1 Twin with en-suite shower, toilet and heated towel rail with a balcony overlooking the valley. A cot can be added to this bedroom

    • Bedroom 3 Twin with en-suite shower, toilet and heated towel rail with a balcony overlooking the valley

    • Lounge with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a balcony overlooking the Tarentaise Valley

  • We had the best start to our Christmas holidays at Chalet Ammonite. The hosts Jack and Rose were the best - fun, kind and the food was fabulous - couldn't fault anything.
    The chalet was brand new and Rose will definitely keep it looking brand new all season as her cleaning was the best Ive ever seen in a ski chalet.

  • Simply tremendous! From our arrival to departure the hosts Steve & Becky could not have been more approachable or informative. The food rivalled Michelin star restaurants and I can definitely say was the best I have experienced on any mountain vacation.All to happy to help and inform on where is best when on the mountain, and remarkably humble regarding their own skiing. Completely understand why both run their own chalet training business. Chalet was clean and very well equipped. The ski lockers at the bottom of the hill were a saving grace.

  • Absolutely brilliant week. We were made to feel very welcome and included from the minute we arrived. The food was amazing all week. Very varied, all freshly cooked and totally awesome. The Chalet was immaculately clean, and Becky and Steve made it all look so easy. They were absolutely amazing and could see we were all getting on well.

They had an excellent way with children and adults, were amazing remembering everyone's names and clearly went above and beyond what would be expected.
