1. All Claims must be received within 48 hours of the original booking.
2. The holidays must be identical in all respects:-
- Same type of accommodation ie size and layout
- Same duration
- Same resort
- Same date of arrival and departure.
- Same room type
- Same board basis
- Same number of people travelling
- The holiday must be with a bonded company ie so your money is protected
3. Proof must be provided to back any claim.
4. The following exclusions apply:
- Web offers/late deal holidays
5. All refunds remain at the discretion of Mountain Heaven Ltd who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
6. Mountain Heaven Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
